There are 76 baths in the automatic plating line of Aksan where the plating are done with barrels. Plating types are as follows : Nickel, Tin, Reflow Tin, Copper, Silver and Gold.
All the parameters are automatically saved by the program from loading to leaving the barrel from line.
Chemical analyzes are carried out routinely in the laboratory. Thickness of plating can be measured via X-Ray analyzes.
Each product that will be plated has a barcode when the products are loaded to the line. This barcode has to be read then it is automatically given an identity card for them. Traceability would be provided easily with that way.
In addition, if there is any parameter that does not provide the range of tolerance, this also appears on identity card. So that product is marked and separated by immediately intervening in process.
